What this website collects
Owómidé uses the information you provide to review early-access applications, contact your team and attribute personal invitations. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this website. Fonts and media are served from this site.
When you submit the early-access application, we collect your name, work email, company, role, country and the pricing-workflow details you choose to provide. We also record your consent and any referral code. A confirmation is shown only after the application has been saved.
Standard server records
The company that hosts this website may keep standard server records, such as the time of a visit, the page requested and the IP address, for security and to keep the website running. We do not use these records to identify or profile visitors.
What stays on your device
The homepage can pass your work email to the application using temporary session storage in your tab. It is removed when the application reads it. Without browser storage, the application asks you to enter it again. You can copy or save your public invite link. A temporary random submission token lets the form safely retry an interrupted submission.
Application information
Applications are stored using Cloudflare D1 on behalf of Owómidé. Authorised team members may also use a private Supabase CRM copy to manage applications and conversations. We use them to respond to your request and assess how Owómidé fits your workflow. We retain them while handling your application and early-access relationship, and review records that are no longer needed. Email hello@owomide.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw permission for contact. If you separately opt in, the homepage may display your first name, last initial, role, country and the time of your application for up to 24 hours. This is optional and does not affect your application. We never publish your email, company or workflow answers. Email hello@owomide.com to withdraw this permission.
Invitations and security
A public invite link contains a random referral ID. It never contains your email or application answers. When another person applies through the link, we record that association. You can retrieve the public link using your application email alone. This returns only the public referral ID, never private application details. Short-lived request counters help prevent abuse without storing raw IP addresses in the application database.
Contact requests
When you select Book a call, your name, email, company and discussion notes are passed to Calendly to prefill your booking. You choose an available time and confirm there. Calendly processes scheduling information and Google Meet provides the meeting link. Owómidé uses these details to prepare for and manage your conversation.
The Owómidé product
The Owómidé workspace will have its own privacy terms, which customers will receive before they start using it.
